Overseas Clients

Because people are increasingly often working and/or marrying abroad, family law gives rise to more and more cases that have an international element. Mark Tattersall regularly acts for oversea clients, particularly in divorce court financial cases. Often they are British citizens working abroad, with a spouse and/or property in Bradford. He is used to taking instructions by email and phone appointments made at mutually-convenient times that take account of time zone differences.

In recent years, he has acted for clients in Portugal, Belgium, the Philippines, South Africa, the Middle East and Pakistan.
